Salmon and salmon oil provide the omega fatty acids necessary for healthy fur and skin, as well as for the proper development of the nervous system. Salmon is an excellent source of digestible proteins as well as unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, which positively affect cognitive development, cardiovascular health, and metabolism (reduce blood sugar levels).
